How do guests get their digital photos?
Guests can text or email their photos directly from the booth for instant delivery to their phone. You'll also receive a full online gallery within 24–48 hours of your event (same day with The Electric).
How do I choose my backdrop?
After booking, we'll send you a lookbook of available backdrops to choose from. The Digital Drop, Classic, and Fusion packages include a selection from our collection. The Electric package includes a fully custom backdrop designed specifically for your event.
What size are the instant prints?
The Classic and Fusion packages include 2x6 photo strips — the classic keepsake format. The Electric upgrades to both 2x6 strips and 4x6 prints so guests have options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (May–October). Popular dates fill fast — reach out early to lock yours in.
Can I customize the photo template?
Yes — every package includes a custom photo template designed to match your event's theme, colors, and branding. We'll send you a proof before the event for your approval.
